What is a revenue management system (RMS)?
An RMS is software that helps hotels price every room based on real-time demand, booking pace and competitor rates. Instead of spreadsheets or static pricing, it uses data and automation to recommend (or apply, with your approval) the best rate and maximize occupancy and revenue.
Do I need a revenue manager to use it?
No. Sentinel AI is built for hotels without a full-time analyst: the system prepares the recommendations and you approve. If you have a revenue team, the rules engine gives them full control.
How does it track my competition?
Sentinel AI checks Booking and Airbnb and brings the price, discount, occupancy, reviews and cancellation policy of your competitive set into a clear matrix. You compare price and quality, not just rate.
Does it change my prices without telling me?
No. Every recommendation starts pending your approval, with its explanation. You decide what to apply; your price limits (floor, ceiling and max change) never break.
Is it in Spanish?
Yes. The interface and support are available in English and Spanish, including a regional demand-events calendar.
Is it a separate product?
Sentinel AI is the RMS of R2 OS: it lives inside the system, next to your PMS, channels, payments, WhatsApp, CRM and loyalty. No integrations to maintain.
